Complete M.S. channel sturdy frame bed, also provided with rails for motor. These

POWER OPERATED GROUNDNUT DECORTICATOR\\

A Power operated machine for shelling groundnut into husks and kemels. The husk and
kemels are then
separated by blower. Then the seeds divided into two sizes small and big by means of
shaker screen. These units are installed for job work or business purpose also for
shelling the groundnut and selling in the market for seed sowing purpose. Breakage
limited to 2%

MULTIPURPOSE PULVERISERS
This Pulveriser is specially designed for wet & dry grinding of all types of
materials such as Wet Dal, Rice, Chutney. Wheat Powder, Besan and Herbs etc are also
easily powdered to the required mesh. The machine consist of high spped swinging
hammers which are hardened and tampered upto the required degree. This Pulveriser
has a very long life with minmum wear & tear parts. Oiling and Greesing should be
done at regular intervals for smooth operation.

BED: Sturdy Frame complete M.S. Channel 100 x 50mm.
MAIN SHAFT (ROTOR):Main Rotar is fitted with 2" Bright Bar shaft to ensure long life.
PEDISTAL (MAIN ROTOR): Main Rotal is fitted on Heavy C.I. Pedestal in which 6309
Bearing are fitted.
BEARINGS:23 Nos. of Bearings of Standard Genuine Make are fitted in the Paddy
Thrasher. These bearing are procured directly from manufacturer.
MASALA PULVERISERS
Our Company was established in 1961 and have supplied numbers of machineries in
Central and South Indian States.

Mr. Harish Gambhir the Chairman of the company migrated to India from Pakistan
during partition in 1947. After having carried out repair job works for large sized
Oil Expellers in his Workshop, Mr. Gambhir went on to design and manufacture a small
size of oil expeller in Steel Body of Channel frame. Simple technology requiring
virtually no skills to operate and maintain easy to handle.
